Justken.net is now offering the oppertunity for short term, Donation based hosting for Developers and Programmers that require a preview environment for their website services.

The offer

If you are a programmer trying out a new language, wanting to test you software in a production environment, or on a public server. Or you just need a place to preview a new site while it's approved by a client. Justken.net now has several options for hosting your site for a small donation.

How it works

First you must decide how to set up your account - as a subdomain of justken.net or with your own domain name.
Enter the control pannel, set up your account, and activate your site.
You will recieve an email with confirmation instructions and ftp information
Preview your site.
After 7 days, we will be checking email for a donation from you for any amount you feel this service is worth.
Sites that have not sent a donation within the seven day period will be deactivated, at the end of the second week they will be deleted

Why we do it

We have spent several years developing a hosting environment that allows us to develop software based on open souce technology. We are also dedicated to developing with the latest tools while still providing a production enviroment, This requires expensive hardware, and serious commitment.
Wanting to give something back to the community that has given us so much we wanted to create an environment that was highly affordable and tailored to the simplest needs. We also need a way to cover the expenses of the hardware connection costs, we have settled on this donation based environment.
